You could spend money and install a race battery or race seats... or you could lose 30 pounds! I surpassed my goal yesterday of dropping 30 lbs - I’m now the lightest I’ve been since middle school. You know what that means? Time to go GoKarting.

Nice, I’m going to post my progress too (in August) living the “Simplify, then Add Lightness” Lifestyle. Good work!

I noticed this as well I went from 5'10" 185 to 165 and made noticeable gains at the kart track. Made a noticeable difference in acceleration.

I’ve lost 10 pounds in about a month (last week’s vacation made me stall out, damn you Disney!!), and I’m hoping to lose 12 more by mid-July. But I’m 6' with a linebacker build (big ass shoulders), so 195 will suit me quite nicely.
In other words, I won’t be competing at the go kart track any time soon.
ETA: Good job!

Same I’m like 225. But a really good weight for me would be like 195. I weighed that much when I graduated high school and was as skinny as I’ll ever be lol.
